Welcome to Ralia. These Terms of Service constitute a binding legal electronic agreement between you and Ralia regarding your use of our website (ralia.co) and mobile applications. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the platform.

1. Contractual Parties & Scope

By creating an account as a Promoter or a Campaign Creator (including corporate entities, tech startups, event organizers, brands, businesses, and ministries or religious organizations), you explicitly declare full legal acceptance of these Terms. If you register on behalf of an organization, you affirm that you have the authority to legally bind that entity to this agreement.

User Category	Core Binding Responsibility
Promoter	Authentic campaign sharing, singular profile verification, and legitimate proof of engagement tasks.
Campaign Creator	Asset accuracy, wallet pre-funding, budget management, and compliance of public representations.

2. User Categories & Eligibility

2.1 Promoters

Promoters must be at least 18 years old, or possess verifiable parental or guardian consent where local jurisdiction laws permit. You must maintain profile authenticity at all times. The creation, use, or management of multiple promoter profiles by a single individual to manipulate campaign distributions or multiply metrics is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2.2 Campaign Creators

Campaign Creators must possess the full corporate or legal capacity to bind their respective business, startup, or ministry entity. Campaign Creators are solely responsible for all uploaded promotional media, targeting metrics, campaign text parameters, budget assignments, and public representations deployed across the Ralia network.

3. Platform Mechanics, Wallets & Financial Ecosystem

3.1 Wallet Funding

Campaign Creators must pre-fund their internal platform wallet before launching any live promotional campaigns. Funds loaded into the wallet are securely held and locked, designated exclusively for allocation toward targeted promoter achievements and programmatic completion metrics.

3.2 Verification Engine

All activities—including promotional task submissions, link distributions, direct social shares, community networking records, and verification screenshots—are subjected to rigorous automated algorithms and manual tracking verification. Ralia retains the absolute discretion to approve, flag, or reject any task submission.

3.3 Friday Payout Schedule

Promoters are eligible to receive automated balance payouts every single Friday. Payouts are strictly conditional upon promotional tasks being fully processed and cleared by Ralia's verification system prior to the closing window. Unverified or flagged engagement tasks will not qualify for distribution.

3.4 Fees & Disclaimers

Ralia applies specific administrative platform service fees and clear withdrawal rules across transactional pools. Financial fraud, invalid or artificial click/share generation, software modifications, and structural transaction chargebacks are strictly banned.

4. Intellectual Property & Asset Usage Rights

Ralia grants Promoters a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use active campaign promotional materials (including text copy, images, graphics, and tracking links) solely within the duration and defined scope of that specific campaign. Ralia retains absolute, exclusive ownership over all platform technology, interface components, smart discovery matching engines, custom optimization tracking algorithms, and corporate brand marks.

5. Acceptable Use, Prohibited Conduct & Termination

Users must not under any circumstances utilize bots, coordinated click farms, automated scripts, or headless browser engagement mechanisms. You are prohibited from executing misleading, deceptive, or defamatory promotional placements, or distributing platform assets via systematic electronic spamming channels.

Ralia reserves the absolute right to freeze platform wallets, suspend access, or permanently terminate accounts for conduct violations, resulting in the immediate forfeiture of all accumulated or un-cleared balances.

6. Limitation of Liability, Indemnification & Global Scale

Ralia operates as a standard network utility interface and is not liable for structural platform downtime, external telecommunications failures, API drops, or variations in individual campaign performance outcomes. You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Ralia, its executive teams, and developers from all legal claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising out of a Campaign Creator's content or a Promoter's distribution behavior.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from this contract shall follow a mandatory path of initial good-faith corporate negotiation. If unresolved, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in Nigeria. For international users scaling onto the platform from outside Nigeria, disputes will be directed through international arbitration channels to ensure seamless, global compliance and cross-border legal enforcement.
